Raymond Delano Duncan, age 82, died peacefully on September 15th 2019, in Clearwater, FL. He is survived by his wife Mary Duncan; daughter Vicki Hagler; brother Mark Duncan; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son John Steven Duncan. Ray was born on October 24th 1936 in Clearwater FL. He graduated from Largo High School and attended Florida State University. Ray was also a member of Shriners International and the Masonic Fraternity. In 1978 Ray opened Ray Duncan Plumbing in Dunedin which he ran until 2011 with family. He was a great family man and a loving father. No funeral is scheduled at this time.
