Michael Sean Roney

Michael Sean Roney, age 50, of Columbia, South Carolina, died Thursday, July 26, 2018. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 31, 1968. He graduated from Chippewa Valley High School in 1986. Michael enjoyed life to the fullest. He enjoyed bicycling and would bike all types of terrain and all type of distances. He found the most unique places to visit, whether it was 10 minutes or 10 hours away. He loved traveling with his children, exploring new places and new foods. He was social, making friends everywhere he went. He made people laugh. People that truly knew him, loved him. Beloved father of Austin and Jenelle Roney. Loving brother of Shannon (Dan Jr.) Shea. Dearest godfather of Sarah and Logan Shea. Dear grandson of Frank Vancsik Jr. He was predeceased by his parents William and Charlotte, and his grandmother Trula Vancsik.
