Junior was the youngest of six brothers. After returning from serving in the Philippines in World War II he married Lucille Irene Gipson of Lavaca, Arkansas on January 18,1947.
Junior was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Alice Lee; brothers, Earnest, Layman, Fanoy, Paul and Vern.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Lucille; son Dana and his wife Donna; daughter Carmen and her husband Stanley; grandkids Ed Taylor, Deborah Alexander and Karri Priddy; and six great-grandkids.
A Graveside Service for Junior will be held Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Washington Colony Cemetery, 7318 S. Elm Avenue, Fresno, California 93706.
A Celebration of a Life Well Lived will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Southern Baptist Church, 4890 E. Holland Avenue, Fresno, California 93726.
Serving as pallbearers are Michael McInerney, Brendan McInerney, Connor McInerney, Makayla McInerney, Jordan Priddy and Ian Taylor .
