Judith Elaine Conrad Hayes, 76 years of age, was born August 27, 1941 in Ohio and died July 22, 2018 at Holmes Regional Medical Center, Melbourne, Florida.

Judy was preceded in death by her brother, Norman Conrad. She is survived by her husband, Patrick Hayes; sons Patrick Hayes II (Virginia), Michael Hayes, and Raymond Hayes (Janice); grandchildren Patrick Hayes III, Kayla Hayes, Jessica Hayes, Stephanie Hayes, Jayme Hayes, and Neil Rideout; great grandchildren Brayden Hayes, Noah Harper, Brandy Rinard, and Dean Hayes; brother Charles Conrad (Bonnie) and sister Donna Bartrug.

A visitation will be held Thursday, August 9, from 6-8 pm at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will take place the following day at 10 am at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home.

Reception following burial at Blessed Sacrament Church in Sharpes.
