To My Bunny,
When we first met I knew
That you would be my last dance.
We would tango then slowly start
to Waltz and before I knew it we
would tango once more with no desire
to say goodbye.
As we placed one foot in front of the
other we would sometimes fall, I
would blink my eyes and we had
skipped ahead a few steps and laugh,
but no goodbye was ever said.
Through it all was our love for
each other along with the tremendous
unbreakable friendship we had for each
other which completed us and made
us one so we never had to say goodbye.
Even through the trials and temptations
we would pick each other up, hang on
tight, with never ever a need to say goodbye.
It was laughter and tears often more tears
than laughter still no goodbye.
So, darling I will see you again one day
and with no goodbye to say I will
instead say, I love you so.
