He was born in Congo-Brazzaville to Angel Mulanga and Joseph Mbuyi. He grew up in Kinshasa where he met and married his wife, Jeanine. Six beautiful children came from this beautiful union.
Theodore had his way with his children and considered himself blessed enough to have six. His children, Rachel, Jephthe, Emerance, Bless, Miryam and Excellent called their dad a superhero and even as adults they still saw him that way. He was always there for them through their ups and downs and taught them to enjoy every moment life has to offer. His passion to spur others to greatness, started at home and beyond. He was always eager to assist others in various areas.
Theodore was a cherished employee at the Salvation Army for over 10 years, where he was a Substance Abuse Counselor, and where he and his colleagues became family. He was often seen giving advice to a fellow employee whether it was work related, spiritual or personal. He will be remembered for his loving and caring spirit.His smile was always genuine. His heart was big. His arms were always opened, always full of laughter and encouragement. Everyone who knew Theodore, knew he was a man of God, loved his family dearly and gave freely.
Fun fact: Theodore was a huge Dallas Mavericks Fan.
Theodore was preceded in death by: Angel Mulanga His mother and Joseph Mbuyi his father, Father-in-law Dominque Kapiamba.
Left to carry his legacy: Devoted wife Jeanine and children, Rachel, Jephthe, Emerance, Bless, Miryam, and Excellent. Son in-law Alain. Grand-daughter Anaiah.
