One of GE's top Plant Managers. Always with a smile and dedication to making things better. Really enjoyed my time with Bill and I know he will be missed by all that knew him.

Bill was a great friend and fellow worker. Bill would give the shirt off his back...literally, if it would help you. Always giving, always helping. Bill carried my first born from the children hospital to home with me. I'll miss him. The world was a better place with him in it.
