She was born in Big Spring, Texas on August 3rd, 1955 to Calvin and Betty Hill Cline.
Peggy was a devout daughter who always made sure to have the time to take care of her parents as they got up in years. She spent many years working as a school cafeteria worker in multiple school districts, and it was said that she loved each and every kid in the schools she worked in. Those that knew her, knew she was mostly a gentle soul with a teasing nature, as she could crack a good joke. She was the type to always put her family first, she was big on the holidays, especially Christmas, which is when everyone got to see her decorating skills and some of her baked goods (especially those coconut pies). She was the type to spoil family, especially Kyle as she got to help in raising him. In her spare time she enjoyed decorating, baking, and gardening, especially her tomatoes.
She is survived by her sister Brenda Cline of Colorado City and Midland, sister Jena and husband Mark of Midland, by niece Amy and nephew Kyle both of Midland and by a great niece Mackenzie also of Midland.
She was preceded in death by her parents Calvin and Betty Cline and by a brother Troy.
A graveside service for Peggy will be held in the Colorado City Cemetery on Friday, December 31st at 11 am with Chaplain Charles Goodnight officiating. In Lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a charitable donation to the charity of your choice.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Kiker Seale Funeral Home.
