Kristin Elster-Lopez

Kristin was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado on June 21, 1981. She married the love of her life, Denis on December 30, 2013. Kristin worked in child care, construction and ski resorts. Kristin's enjoyments in life were the Denver Broncos, camping, fishing, snowboarding and caring for children; but most of all Kristin loved being with her beloved family and friends. Her most favorite place in the world was the Elster family farm in S.D. She also enjoyed her favorite pup, Poncho El Mono Rodriquez.

She is survived by her Husband, Denis; Stepson, Brian; Mother-in-law, Maria Cruz; Mother, Renee and Stepdad Todd Hedrick; Father, Dale and Stepmom Kim Elster; Sister Aryn (Jason) Spurgeon and her niece Chloe; Brother, Jason Elster; Grandparents, Emil Jares, Gordon and Zora Elster, Earl and Marlene Smith and Jim and Edna Hedrick and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Kristin was preceded in passing by her grandmothers Marybeth Jares and Marcellene Springer.

A celebration of life service will be held, Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at New Life Church in the Student Chapel, 11025 Voyager Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO. 80925.
