Jay Jung Koo, age 71 went peacefully on Wednesday July 18, 2018. Jay was born January 12, 1947 in South Korea.

Jay is survived by his wife, Sylvia Koo; son Edward Koo; and son Patrick Koo; granddaughter Isabel Koo, granddaughter Emma Koo, sibling Jay Koo, sibling Young Han and sibling Young Lee.

A funeral service for Jay will be held Monday, July 23, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Montecito Cypress Chapel, 24145 Barton Road, Loma Linda, California. Following the funeral service will be an interment at 2:30 PM at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California.
