Jose is survived by; son Jeffrey Hernandez; and son Mahanaim Hernandez; brother Juan Hernandez, brother Francisco Hernandez and brother Antolin Hernandez.

A visitation for Jose will be held Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Montecito Mortuary, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California. A chapel service will occur Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 10:00 AM, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California. An interment will occur Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Oakdale Memorial Park, 1401 S. Grand Avenue, Glendora, California.
