I am so sorry to hear about Johnnie passing away. When he lived in Bogalusa we went to Pleasant Hill School together. That was when it was grades kindergarten through sixth grade. My grandmother always told me we were kin in some way on his daddy’s side. We went to the show together one time to see Walking Tall. I think it was at the States Theater on Columbia Street in Bogalusa. We were on a “date”. Yeah Johnnie was my buddy. I remember him getting hit by a car. We passed by and saw it and I cried. I was so upset. I know he was out of school for a long time. I can’t remember much after that. But he was a good person. I hate that we never kept in touch. My heart goes out to Johnnie’s family and friends. May Johnnie Rest In Peace! Until we meet again my friend! 🙏🏻✝️🙏🏻
