COLUMBIA – A graveside service for Herbert Carlton Fussell, 77, will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Mr. Fussell was born July 29, 1941 in Tarboro, NC, and passed away on Monday, April 8, 2019. He was a son of the late Annie Maude Shaw and Herbert W. Fussell.
Mr. Fussell is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ann, of Columbia; sons, Ronnie Fussell of Irmo, Michael Fussell of Greer, Matthew Fussell of Lexington; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Betty Ruth Kent and Gail Brown, both of Tarboro, NC; and brother, Jack Fussell of New Bern, NC.
