Ramona Hebert Cooper

COLUMBIA – Ramona Hebert Cooper, 61, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Spring Valley Baptist Church. The family will receive prior to the service in the church vestibule. Dunbar Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel is assisting the family. Born in Lafayette, La. she was a daughter of the late Howard and Loretta Hebert. Ramona enjoyed swimming, knitting and reading. Surviving is her daughter, Janet (Jeremiah) Grenier of Lexington; grandson, Robbie and step-grandson, Dominic Grenier. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 39 years, Robert Forrest Cooper.

Ramona will be missed by her church family also. She enjoyed acting in the Passion Players. Bob and Ramona were always available to help with the BALL Club. Becoming a Grandmother was the highlight of her life. God can give you strength to bear this lost, if you ask believing he can.
