Allene Floyd Semons, 98 of Columbus, Georgia passed away on October 12, 2021.

Family will visit with friends on Monday October 18, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary. Following visitation a graveside service will be in Parkhill Cemetery at 3:00 PM.

Ms. Semons was born in Columbus, Georgia on April 9, 1923 to the late Loduskye Brawner Parker and Roy Emerson Floyd. She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church. Ms. Semons was a graduate of Columbus High School and Huntingdon College. She worked as legal assistant with a local law firm for many years. She loved spending time with her family, traveling to the North Georgia mountains, to the beach for vacation and spending time gardening in her flowers. Ms. Semons will be greatly missed by all who knew and especially loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Estelle Todd and brothers Ashley Floyd and Roy “Mac” Floyd.

She leaves her loving memory to be cherished by her son Scott Semons, nieces: Carol F. Ingram, Lynda F. Kannady, Cindy T. Jones and Duskye T. Letchworth; nephews Ashley M. Floyd and Maxwell Todd Jr.
