Mildred Milner Klementovich

Mildred Milner Klementovich, age 89, of Ellerslie, Georgia passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2022. A visitation for the family and friends of Mildred will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Rd, Columbus, Georgia 31907. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Rd, Columbus, Georgia 31907. Mildred was born March 25, 1933, in Marion County, Georgia; the daughter of Claud and Ruth Carden Green. She married William Eugene “Gene” Milner; they were married until his passing in 1988. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. She loved square dancing, traveling, and butterflies. Everything she cooked was always delicious, especially, her dressing, biscuits, and vegetables. Mildred loved her family, she was always grateful to be able to spend time with them. She looked forward to Sundays, when she was able to attend church and then make her Sunday rounds and visit her family members. She is preceded in death by: her husband, Gene; and a son, William Earl Milner. Survivors include: her sons, Joel (Leora) Milner, Jeff (Malinda) Milner; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and two great, great grandchildren.
