Becky Lou Slone, age 59, passed away unexpectedly June 12, 2013. She was born February 11, 1954 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Charles and Verna (Kruskamp) Thompson. Becky was a bartender at the 4 S Club where she had a special group of friends that she enjoyed spending time with. Becky enjoyed reading, gambling, and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Denver Broncos fan. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Ernest "E.J." Slone Jr. Becky is survived by her loving daughter, Lisa Slone; long time companion, Ray Light; sister, Shirley Thompson; brother, Charlie (Denise) Thompson; father of her children, Ernie Slone; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Visitation will be 11am-1pm Saturday June 15, 2013 at the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St. Columbus where funeral service will follow at 1pm.
