Brian Loe

Beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, Brian Loe, born December 12th, 1957, passed away suddenly on March 30. He is survived by his beloved wife Mary of 32 years, and his cherished children, Ben and Beth; by his mother Angie, siblings Todd, Andy (fiancee Robin), Julie (husband Chris), and Jane. His father Bob, sadly, passed away Oct 2014. Brian was loved as a role model and mentor by his 4 nieces, 10 nephews, and 2 great-nieces. Brian was the consummate professional at UBS, caring for his clients with integrity and devotion. He and Mary loved to ride their bikes - especially their tandem. They were dedicated to the Pelotonia's cause. He was a proud alumnus and avid sports fan of THE Ohio State University. He was an enthusiastic community leader, as well as a passionate coach and fan of his childrens' sports. He and Mary loved to travel together. Brian embraced nature, and captured it brilliantly with photography and painting. He adored fatherhood, instilling in his children integrity, kindness, and independence. Brian and Mary were true soulmates, and the depth of their love touched the hearts of all who know them. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Friday, April 8, 2016 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Road Columbus, OH 43221. A funeral mass will be held 9:00 AM Saturday, April 9, 2016 at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 1420 Grandview Ave., Columbus, OH 43212, with Monsignor John Cody, Celebrant.
