Jean was always a fun person to be around! She was beautiful inside and out!
She gave me my dear friend Linda Flowers Hefner, and what a special gift she is!
I won't get to be there for you today, because Wade is not well! May God surround each of you with His love, and give you strength to handle the hard days ahead!
Love and Prayers!

My Great Aunt was a wonderful lady. She was always kind to others and she was one of the strongest women I have ever met. We'll miss her so much!

O f all the neighbors l have ever had, Jean is my favorite. We had a lot in common and hit it off from get go. M y favorite memory of her, is her praising the Lord in all our conversations. I also enjoyed watching her watch football games on tv. She could really tell them how to win the game. She really got into the game. She loved walking and if l walked with her, l got a workout because of her long legs. She made my shorter legs, move it and she was just easing along in cruse control. We loved it and if l didn't go walking, she went without me. She was not slack in her exercising, as l was. Jean loved Dakota and he loved her. she will always be Mom Maw Jean to him and she claimed him as well. He knew where to go to get an apple and loved it when they shared a water melon together. They both shared a love for apples and water melons. She is one of the sweetest persons', l have ever met. I say that in the present tense because, Jean is alive and she is enjoying her God, her family and beautiful Heaven. And as Jean would say, Praise God!!!! Thank You Jesus!!!! I Love you dear sweet family, and l'm praying for you.
