I have so many wonderful childhood memories of my beloved Aunt Barb. Most of them are of my mom and her together either preparing a holiday meal, dealing with Kevin and Brian and their shenanigans or drinking coffee (tea for Barb) and talking. I know my mom was their in heaven to welcome her with open arms and they are back at it again sharing stories and catching up. She has been such a blessing in our lives and will be missed!

Your humor was by far, your strongest gift. I will forever remember: GTH, Do you want a ham sandwich and how perturbed you got when I deliberately failed to make mention of the missing Easter bunny ears ... OH! and your 8pm or earlier bedtime!

I'm a better human being for having known and loved you. Your absence will be felt by all who knew and loved you.

Try not to reduce the good Lord to tears while laughing, as you and Doug banter back and forth again!
Tokse Ake: Until we meet again, in this life or the next.

I remember the subtle rose fragrance you wore, how just smelling it was calming. I remember the cookouts, get togethers and Christmas ( your cookies and pastries were the best) at your house in Rocky River. You and Daddy calling yourselves the "Outlaws". Driving past Patrick Swayzes' place there in Texas, hoping for a glimpse of him. Your cooking...the best! But most of all, I'll remember the love you had for all of us! I will miss everything about you but I hold fast to the belief I will see you again!

I will never look at weddings the same way ever again Aunt Barb. I will miss your humor and your baking.
