The Wang / Veralrud cousins always had many good times together on the farm. Roger & his brothers were always the life of the party & a little bit of trouble makers! Haha! My prayers to the whole family!

Roger came to visit in Half Moon Bay when Kelly and I lived together and I don’t remember ever laughing so much! I also remember him at Kelly’s birthday several years later and dancing his butt off to Prince!!! He was always so much fun to be around. Kept ya on your toes in regard to his silly sense of humor!!!!

Today, Tuesday November 26th I was meetings friend for lunch at a Perkins restaurant in Maplewood. While I was waiting, I found a newspaper to read. It was the Sunday edition of the Mpls Star Tribune. Being a resident of St. Paul it is rare that I read the Trib. That said, I came across an Obituary of Roger Corbit. That struck my curiosity especially his age which was the same as my older brother David.
When I came home I accessed the Gearhart Funeral web site and in no time I immediately realized Roger and his brothers Mark and Paul were our neighbors as we were growing up in Grand Forks. Good old 9th Avenue!
It has been years since our family moved from Grand Forks and I have many fond memories of the times we had and neighbors of the Corbit's
Please accept my sincere sympathy to the Corbit family and wanted reach out to reach out to Rogers family and know that your memories of Roger will be forever.

Sincerely

Paul Larson

I have great memories of Roger and all the cousins at Grandpa and Grandma Veralrud’s farmhouse outside of Park River. Roger was not much younger than our uncle Jr. and between the two of them us younger cousins picked up a few tricks. Sympathy and best wishes to the family. He’ll be missed.
