On Sunday, October 27th, Joseph Michael “Mike” Kruszynski 72, born Feb.23,1947 in Chicago,Il ,devoted husband ,loving father and grandfather was welcomed home in Heaven. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Bernadette Kruszynski and son Ryan. Mike is survived by his wife Sandy and son Todd (Kendahl); brothers Paul(Sherri) and Ken(Mary) Kruszynski; sister Bonnie(Pat) Murphy, granddaughters Iris and Lily, and a host of nieces, nephews ,and cousins. Mike loved to fly and earned his license in high school. He served as an Army Warrant Officer flying the cobra in Vietnam, receiving a Bronze Star and other medals. Mike Graduated Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Summa Cum Laude in Aeronautics and an MBA in Aviation Management. He worked as an airline pilot and a USPS Supervisor for 28 years. Military Honors are scheduled for 1pm on December 6th at Dallas- Ft Worth National Cemetery Celebration of Life will be held at 11am on December 7th at St Timothy Cumberland Presbyterian Church Bedford, Tx-followed by a reception In Lieu of flowers his family asks that donations in Mike name be made to Fisher House Foundation or Whenwelove.org
