Alberta Petrillo (Bartsch) died peacefully on December 19, 2021. She was formerly from Brooklyn, New York. The real New York. She lived upstairs from her mother in law who taught her the secrets of Italian cooking. Most especially her lasagna on Christmas. No one will be able to replicate the lasagna or the love for her family. Alberta was devoted to her children and her daughters made sure they were at her side during her last days. Alberta loved life she taught her children to love life and to cherish every moment. Alberta loved to laugh but you never would have know because she had flawless skin and not a single laugh line. What made her smile and what Alberta was most proud of was her large family.
Alberta is survived by her children Janet and spouse Salvatore Alleva, Karen Mazzo, Susan Miceli and George Petrillo, Jr. and spouse Patti. Alberta has 16 grandkids and 23 great grandkids. She is preceded in death by her husband George, Sr and son Ronald Petrillo.
She will be laid to rest with her husband George at Our Lady of Heaven Cemetery on December 21, 2021.
