Mother, you have done so much to keep our family close and strengthen family ties through out the years. You have shown us by example that real caring starts from home, through sharing, laughter, challenges and tears. Thank you for all of the happy memories that you have given each of us.

Enola Mae Billszar was born December 2, 1928. Enola was born in New Iberia, Louisiana. Enola was a proud military spouse with her husband Julius Billszar, who served our country in the Army for 24 years. Enola was a devoted wife and mother to three children. Enola and Julius Billszar were married for 32 years. As a homemaker, Enola took pride in maintaining an immaculate house.

As a master cook, Enola had a flair for cooking and baking her signature meals such as salmon croquettes, red beans, rice and steaks followed by delicious deserts. Her lemon meringue pie was always perfectly toasted, and her sweet potato pies were tastefully seasoned. Enola took pride in her pecan candy during Christmas time this was a favorite that will shared for generations to come!

Enola is survived by her children, Julie Judge, Marvin Billszar, Terry Billszar, sisters Adnola Chaney, Barbara Welcome and four grand children and nieces and nephews.
