Gussie Randolph Cockburn of Corpus Christi, TX. passed away July 23, 2020.

She was 88 years young born on February 4, 1932.

She was married to (deceased) William A. Cockburn for 50 years. Gussie is also survived by two daughters, Cynthia Cockburn and Martha Cockburn; grandson, Christopher William Cockburn & future grand daughter-in law, Jenna Persh; niece, Patt Faber Vernon; three nephews, Sam, Russ and Jim Faber as well as cousins.

Gussie Cockburn was a home maker and was involved in the Parent Teachers Association at Carrol High School where she held the position of president and vice president. She was also president of the Carroll High School band booster club.

Gussie Cockburn was a beautiful lady inside and out with a smile that lite up a room and not ever meeting a stranger. She is someone that will not be forgotten. May you rest in peace beautiful lady..

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Heart Association, Cancer Association and Alzheimer's Association.
