Beatrice Zamora Castro

Beatrice was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas to her parents, Beatrice Garcia Munoz and Guadalupe Aguilar Zamora.

Bea as everyone knew her, during her younger years worked at Holiday Inn Emerald Beach, also was a CNA, and a Home Health Care Nurse. She was a stranger to none and never complained and just did all she could with Love for her husband, children, grandchildren and along with being a mother to her siblings. Also as many of you know, she was a motherly figure to those in need. She definitely showed everyone she came in contact with unconditional Love in its purest form.

She leaves behind her husband of 42 years, George Castro, Jr, along with her children, Robert Zamora, Ronnie Zamora, Irene (Mark) Avila, Danette (Alfredo) Sendejo, Debbie (Ramiro) Meave, Zacarias Saenz, Jr, Julia Saenz Garcia, Janel Castro Ortiz; also blessed to be a Grandmother to 13 Grandchildren, 23 Great-grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great-grandchildren; her siblings, Viola Zamora Schelnick, Hortencia Zamora (Chuco)Salinas, Guadalupe (Diane) Zamora, Jr, and Eva Zamora (John) Gonzalez.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 5:00 p.m. that same evening. Services will conclude in the chapel.
