My deepest condolences to the Guerra family. My biological mom passed the week before Cris and I was trying to reach out to her today for some advise but found this instead. She was like a mother to me in my high school days; sincere to everything and everyone around her. May the Lord shine his perpetual light upon her soul. I'll always cherish and admire how much she enjoyed hummingbirds, kids, and true friendship. Rest in his peace Cris. You won the battle and gained your wings. Thank you for being so courageous for your family. I'll truly miss you.

I met Cristela and her family while she was fighting her cancer. She was an amazing lady with a heart of gold. She loved her family and fought so hard to have as much time with them as possible. No matter how bad she felt she was always happy when I visited. She and her family will always have a special place in my heart. She fought her cancer her way. Her amazing family supported her choices. You all will remain in my heart, thoughts and prayers for all eternity. My life is richer for having met you! God bless you all!

To Guerra's family,
My deepest condolences to you all. I loved working with Guerra at WOHS, always sharing a laugh, and later keeping in touch via cell. I will miss you Guerra. Rest in Peace my friend.

Chris and I always worked together at basketball games and school events and sometimes at gatherings after work for many events. She knew all the students and most of their parents. Chris always had time to chat with all and let them see the proper way to handle any event. It is great to have known her for the time we worked together. She will be missed by most students and our families. I pray that she may rest in peace, joy and happiness for all eternity. I also pray that Chris's family will find comfort during this time of loss.
