I knew la Sra. Elvira through my tia Chelo Velazquez of Laredo, TX. On my visits to my cousins in Laredo I would occasionally see la Tia Elvira. That great laugh will be missed. Please receive the condolences from the Obregon family in Chicago, IL. Prayers for the family. Peace.

Our deepest condolences to the primos, and their families. Tia Elvira was very special. I feel bad we never were able to take up on her offer to clean whatever fish we caught. Our love to all the family.
