She was born on April 28, 1935 to Malaquias and Otilia Reyes.
Evangeline was a seamtress and loved sewing, arts and crafts, puzzles and shopping at antiques stores.
She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Evangeline is preceded in death by her parents, Malaquias and Otilia Reyes.
She leaves her memories to be cherished by her children,Rachel (James) Rios, Michael Ray and Elizabeth. Grandchildren, Bobby James, Jennifer Rachel, Andrew Jason, Michael Ray, Nadia A. and Neeya; Six great-grandchildren. Also surviving one brother, Elias Reyes.
Public visitation will be held at 5pm until 9pm on Monday, September 18, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly with a rosary to be recited at 7pm that evening. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
