Marie J. Gaytan, age 72 passed away on Tuesday June 12, 2018. Marie was born April 24, 1946 to Fernande Crepin Degueldre and Gaston Degueldre.

Marie is survived by her children, Rafael Francisco Gaytan and Tanya Claudine Schaefer (Christopher); grandchildren, Trinity Athena Schaefer and Ramsey Sylvester Schaefer.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Gaytan; father, Gaston Degueldre and mother, Fernande Crepin Degueldre.

A visitation for Marie will be held Monday, June 18, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. A holy rosary will occur Monday, June 18, 2018 at 7:00 PM, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 2:00 PM, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. An interment will occur Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, Texas.
