I worked with Linda , and Jerry at Inland Steel , Linda was a great coworker and even better friend . She loved her family and it showed. I know she will be missed terribly by all who knew her . 

I have known Linda for a very long time. Lost track for a short while but have kept in touch through Christmas cards. My condolences go out to Fred and the rest of the family.

It was an honor to call Linda a friend. We will truly miss her infectious laughter and her smile that could light up a room. Linda was a beautiful person inside and out.  Whether on the golf course, a girls casino run in Florida or a good game of “hand and foot”, Linda was always a pleasure to be around.

Linda was a wonderful neighbor in our community here in Florida. She gave so much of her time and talents with preparing dinners and helping with bingo among many other things. She will be missed so much. RIP Linda. Fly high !!!!! 😢😢😢

When I first met Linda, her and her family came to visit my husband Alex and myself in Jacksonville Florida. I personally did not know Linda very well but she made a good impression  on me I was a new wife at the time.   I was very impressed by her  she was an amazing mother, a good wife,  an awesome nurse and just an easy person to like.  Rest In Peace Linda

Marguerite "Linda" Mauk, age 74, of Lowell passed away peacefully on June 12, 2018 at Rush University Hospital of Chicago. 
Linda was born September 23, 1943 in East Chicago, IN to Fredrick Maravilla and the late Sabina (Medrea) Maravilla.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband for over 36 years, Jerry Mauk; children, Gerald (Rose) Pineda;  Jerry G. Mauk, Jeff (Beth) Mauk, Jenny (Jeff) Popka, Joel (Lori) Mauk, and Julie (Chuck) Gregory; daughter-in-law, Dixie Pineda; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; siblings, Donald (Suzie) Maravilla, Roderick (Ellen) Maravilla, Deborah (Jay) Berry, and Sandra (Alberto) Mesa.
She was preceded in death by her son Douglas Pineda; grandson Jeremiah Mauk; great grandchild, Tristan.
