Irene M. Ruhnke

Irene Mary Ruhnke, 92, passed away on March 20, 2019. She was the beloved wife of the late Clement J. Ruhnke. The loving mother of Thomas (Marge), James (Pam), Richard (Renee), Phillip (Krista), Michael (Chelsea), and Kathleen Lent; and mother-in-law of Patrick Morehead. Proud grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 10. Dear sister of Edward Nickels (Stephanie). Irene is preceded in death by her daughter, Mary and Leo, Victoria, Freida, Alfred, and Lillian. Fond aunt and friend to many.

Visitation at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 West Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, IL 60014, on Monday, March 25, 2019 from 10am - 11am. Funeral Service at St. Adalbert Chapel, Niles, at Noon, where interment will take place. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 225 Michigan Avenue #1200, Chicago, IL 60601.
