Doug, I did not know your mother, but I do know the wonderful and loving son she raised. I am so very sorry for your loss and hope that the many memories of the past bring you peace and comfort.

Despite our sadness and grief, we are comforted that Peggy is reunited with Grandmama Louise, and that she is no longer in pain. She touched SO many lives and had many friends all over town from Broad Street to RUS and Cintas. Everywhere we went with her we ran into folks who knew her. Truly an amazing lady. But to us, she will always be MOM. Happy Mothers' Day, this year she will be in the presence of her Lord. And back in the embrace of her mother whom she lost in 1997. Lots of great memories of Graves Mountain Lodge and Myrtle Beach. Thank God for Larry and Roxie and all the helpers in Peggy's last years in Madison.
