Mrs. Carol (Mizzoni) Matloff, age 78, of Culver City, California passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023. Carol was born in Morristown, New Jersey.
My beloved spouse, Carol Mizzoni Matloff, passed away on September 4th 2023. She was in poor health for several months, but her passing was unexpected. Carol was the center of my life for over 40 years. We shared many adventures together. We backpacked for many years and climbed Mt. Whitney together. We supported each other through life’s joys and sorrows. Carol was a compassionate and kind person who loved animals, an avid reader and a cat person. She was my spouse, lover, companion, very best friend and helpmate. I now know what it feels like to have a hole in one’s heart. May God give her rest, peace and joy and may she dwell in the house of the Lord for evermore.
