Martha Ann O'Neal was born July 15, 1942 in Fort Smith, Arkansas and went to be with her Lord and Savior January 13, 2019. She was the daughter of Sample M. O'Neal and Ima Ann Oldham O'Neal. She was the sister to three brothers Glenn A. O'Neal, Gene O'Neal, and Charles M O'Neal. She is survived only by Gene O'Neal of Dallas, Texas.
Martha graduated from Fort Smith High School with the class of 1960, attended Fort Smith Junior College, and graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a Bachelors Degree.
Martha's career path was a Dental Assistant for two dentist for over 37 years: 1) working in Fort Smith, Arkansas for two years and 2) in Shawnee, Oklahoma for 35 years, until Dr. Landrum retired. She then worked for Hertz Rental Car in Oklahoma for ten years, before retiring. In retirement, she resided in Oklahoma City for twelve years and three years in Dallas and Richardson, Texas.
Martha accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and believed in Him as Lord of her life at the age of nine years and joined the First Baptist Church, Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was also member of Shawnee Immanuel Baptist Church.
Martha was a residence at the Senior Living residence El Dorado 714 West Arapaho Road #223 Richardson, Texas 75080.
Martha's friends and family were priorities. She treasured her family and many friends. Her family had the highest priority and purpose for her life, providing encouragement, historical record, and recognition for all. Her family included her brothers and their families... including sister-in-laws; Shirley, Joyce, and Patty. She kept up with details of her five nieces and one nephew and their grandchildren, 12 granddaughters, one great grandson. Photography and collector's poetry were her hobbies; using both to encourage those she loved.

Family will hold a Gathering for Family in Dallas, Texas, 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 19 2019 and a Graveside will be at a later date at Liberty Cemetery Greenwood, Arkansas for family and friends.
