Milton J. Loeb Jr.

March 11, 1933December 15, 2013

Milton J. Loeb, Jr., 80, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, passed away December 15, 2013 after a brief and courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born on March 11, 1933 in Dallas, TX, graduated Tulane University and lived his entire life in Dallas where he raised his family, enjoyed a successful career and served the community. He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Milton J. Loeb, Sr. and sister-in-law, Marty May. He is survived by his wife of nearly 59 years, Joan Loeb; his children, Jeri Dushkin (Leland), Karen Allen and Niel Loeb (Kristen); seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; sister, May Sebel; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Betsy and Stuart Zimbalist; brother-in-law, Mike May; 8 nieces and nephews and 6 great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Temple Emanu-El, 8500 Hillcrest Rd, Dallas, TX at 11:30 AM, Wednesday, December 18, 2013. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Jewish Family Service, Priscilla R. Stern Memorial Fund at Temple Emanu-El, and Vogel Alcove.
