W. V. Rose, age 92, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023 and was born in White House, Texas on May 18, 1931 to the parents of Bennie and Ada Mae Rose. He attended White House Public School after completing high school he join the Army and fought in the Korean War and honorable discharge. Mr. Rose retired from Red Ball Motor Freight and Yellow Cab company. He was a faithful member of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, Pastor Tony Evans.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 9 siblings, son; W. V. Rose Jr. and wife Betty B. Rose.
Mr. Rose leaves to cherish his memories son; James Rose of Northfork, Virginia, daughters; Dolly Mabry of Cedar Hill, Texas and Helen Ann Johnson (Willie) of Dallas, Texas and Jacqueline Rose-Polk (Jacki) of Dallas, Texas 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews and friends.
