Beatrice A. Pamperin, 85, of Davenport passed away Monday, May 20, 2013 at Ridgecrest Village. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 25, 2013 1:00 p.m. at The Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be Friday 4-7 p.m. at the mortuary. Inurnment will be Tuesday, May 28, 10:00 a.m. at National Cemetery, Rock Island, Illinois. Memorials may be made National T.T.T. Beatrice was born May 25, 1927 in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Walter H. and Erica E. (Wulf) Ruhde. She was united in marriage to William H. Pamperin on March 4, 1950 in Davenport, Iowa. In addition to being a homemaker, she and her husband owned and operated Pronto Quick Print for eleven years.
She was a member of the Elks and Moose Clubs. She was also involved with the T.T.T. Society.
William and Beatrice enjoyed traveling, golf and dancing. She also loved getting together and playing bridge with her friends from Marquette Street.
Those left to honor her memory include her children: Kevin Pamperin, Stillwater, MN, Kurt (Anna) Pamperin, Grapeview, WA, Kim Haglund, Sanford, NC, William Pamperin, Ottawa, IL, and Terry Pamperin, Davenport, IA; and a sister, Walda Engelman, also of Davenport; grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Shelley, and Allison; and a great grandson (Elliott) arriving in August 2013.
She was preceded in death by her parents and loving husband.
