To the family of Erle Glaus:

I am so bad to hear of the loss of an irreplaceable leader to your family. Any discussion of Erle has to incorporate his legendary work ethic. Erle started work projects at the age that most people would be retired. Erle was a great story teller and I looked forward to his visits at my law office. His stories about his time with the military were especially entertaining. Erle wasn’t much of a gray area guy. He had a strong send of right and right and kept everyone on course.
By anyone’s definition, Erle was a special man with an adventurous spirit and total dedication to other.
As patriarch of your family, he has left his positive mark and provided an example for all of us forever.

My thoughts and prayers are with you,
Ron May

Carol and kids, it was a great pleasure and learning experience working with both Erle and Carol. Thank you. Erle was one of the last real builders, hands on, and a man of his word. He is missed in the building industry.

Erle has been a true mentor and friend to me over the past thirty years. We often spoke in great depths about our families, religion and simply giving me the advise I was seeking navigating the ups and downs of life. I will miss him very much and feel very fortunate to have had him in my life! Love you Erle!!
