Hello again Gale and family: I really appreciated the service, and really thought a lot of your Mom. It has been a long time since I saw her, but she was always a bright spot in the day when we saw her. She was the best of Odessa during the times when I was there as a substitute physician. Best Regards to all of you.

I knew Neva at a time in my life where I was a stay at home mom in Odessa back in the early 70’s. I had only a high school education. Neva was teaching CNA classes at the time at the hospital. I remember her saying to me, You must take this class Terri! You never know where it will lead you. Well, I did take her class and by the way she was an excellent teacher. I went on to work at the Odessa clinic and eventually went on to be Business Administrator at both Spokane Urology and Occupationla Medicine Associates. I have wondered how differently things would have turned out if I had NOT taken her class. I have many times thought of little things she taught us in that class. Neva was a wonderful person and always upbeat and encouraging. She will be missed.
