Kuya Efren was one of the most kind and generous person I met in my life. We had many conversations over the phone and messenger. We shared stories about life and experiences. He was a remarkable man. My family and I will surely miss him. Goodbye Kuya, Rest In Peace 🙏🙏🙏

Dear Mommy Ollie, Rodney, Kelly, and family
It is a heavy heart to write this for all of you including Uncle Efren. When Mommy Ollie, Uncle Efren, and family left Guam for good, things have changed a lot in my life. When I was a little boy from the early to late 90s, Uncle Efren and Mommy Ollie were my guardians in taking care of me after school. Uncle Efren was the father figure in a funny manner. I want to share some few memories that I remember the most from Uncle Efren. When I need of a haircut, Uncle Efren was my only barber to cut my hair at the garage. I remember when Efren was buzzcutting my hair at the back of my neck I was so tickelish. My next memory was, when there was a movie or tv show to watch, Mommy Olie, Uncle Efren, and I watched the program together in the living room. The last memory that I never forget about Uncle Efren. Toward the end of the day, I was cleaning up or taking a shower in the bathroom. When I was finished and opened the door, Uncle Efren jumped right in front of me from the hallway and gave me a scare. Uncle Efren was so funny that he couldn't help it. I am going to miss him very much. I hope that we will all meet again in the future. All of you are in my prayers for healing and grace. May Lord Jesus Christ watch over Uncle Efren for eternal peace and happiness.

I love you all.
