ALLEN, Frankie Eugene, age 83 of Beavercreek, OH went to be with the Lord Thursday, January 26, 2012. He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, G. Juanita Allen and their 4 children: Gloria & Warren Dahms of Garland, TX, Larrie Allen of Dayton, OH, Danny & Sharon Allen of Centerville, OH and Jerry & Kathy Allen of Xenia, OH. Frankie & Juanita were blessed with 7 grandchildren: Michelle & Pat Coates of Garland, TX, Nichole & Ron Moseley of Lewisville, TX, Jake & Darci Allen of Jamestown, OH, Stacey & Scott Gossett of Centerville, OH, Krystle & Todd Gossett of Jamestown, OH and Daniel Allen & Nicholas Allen of Centerville, OH. Frankie and Juanita have 7 great-grandchildren and counting: Hunter & Kyle Coates, Mitchel & Nathen Moseley, Cole & Chase Allen, and Aleeyah Gossett. He is also survived by brother, Fred & wife Nola Allen of Cookville, TN; and 2 sisters: Irene West of Gainesboro, TN & Almeda & husband Alan Loftis of Livingston, TN. He was born in Coalinga, CA on February 6, 1928, but was raised in Cookville, TN on the family farm. He was the eldest of 9 siblings. Frankie and Juanita were married in Rossville, GA on September 1, 1945. He would tell everyone how she was his “Doll Baby” and she would call him her “Sweetie”. They are the example of true love and the finest portrayal of a godly marriage. Frankie was employed at International Envelope; he retired from General Motors after 29 years as a millwright. Frankie was a born again Christian, and his desire was that everyone would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour. Frankie loved making knives and wood carving. He loved and appreciated nature and being outdoors. His favorite hobby was family. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall. Interment at Valley View Memorial Gardens. His family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday, January 30, 2012 at the funeral home. Contributions in Frankie’s memory may be made to the Children’s Medical Center of Dayton.
