Ray was a very special person and a special friend of mine. He was Witty, Intelligent, Compassionate and Very Hard Headed, as all of us who loved him know.
He would like that comment, I can see him laughing about it now, As there wasn't much of anything we didn't talk about or discuss in our 4 years of friendship, which was Way too short.
I missed him when he went to Ohio, I didn't know at the time he left, it would be my last visit with him. Now every time I go out my door and look across the street, I expect to see him sitting there, on His poarch...... Having His last cigarette, each One was the last, ya know'' a little Joke we had, among many.
I miss you My friend as will many of your other friends, Peggy, Larry, Tom, Agnes, Marie, Diannah, Ralph, Bob, too many to name.
My Heart and sympathy go out to All of your family and friends who loved you and will Miss your Smile, Voice and Hugs, but know we were all Fortunate to have you in our lives and certainly in Our Memories,
Rays family was very important to him, and he spoke of each of you frequently sitting on his poarch with me,sitting there talking of you, past and present, I almost felt I knew all of you personally & was lucky enough to meet Bonnie, Steve, Chuck, Annette and Mary, just visiting and talking to him, when you were here, Bonnie & I kept in touch frequently concerning Ray and still do, Thank_you Bonnie
Ray, Know that You are Missed and definitely loved, by Family and Friends, Until we Meet again :)

NORMAN AND I WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND OUR SYMPATHY TO ALL OF YOU AT THIS TIME OF YOUR LOSS OF YOUR LOVED ONE. RAY WAS SUCH A NICE MAN ! HE WILL BE MISSED BY US AS WELL. WE HAD A NICE VISIT WITH HIM THIS LAST SUMMER WHEN HE CAME TO VISIT US IN WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE WITH GAYLE AND GARY AND FAMILY. WE SAT ON OUR DECK IN THE SUNSHINE ( A NICE DAY) AND TALKED AND LAUGHED. WE WERE SO GLAD THEY BROUGHT HIM ALONG. IT WILL BE A NICE MEMORY TO REFLECT BACK ON WHEN WE THINK OF HIM IN THE FUTURE. RAY WAS SO GOOD TO HIS FAMILY AND THAT SHOWES WHAT A SPECIAL PERSON HE WAS. HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL BE IN OUR PRAYERS AS EVERYONE DEALS WITH HIS LOSS. NORMAN AND GENEVA COX
