Hartmier, Robert Earl (Jr), 64, of Dayton, passed away Monday, January 27, 2014 at the Miami Valley Hospital. He is survived by his wife Billie Hartmier of Dayton; daughters and sons-in-law Amber McCurdy and husband Bryan Mullins of Kettering, Chantel and Dante Roe of Kettering; son and daughter-in-law Robert Hartmier III and wife Bethany of Lebanon; his faithful dog Buddy and special son Tony McManaway; grandchildren his heart and joy Rhia, Kaylena, and Rowan, his special buddy Dylan, Donovan , Landen, Austin, and Addyson. He retired from General Motors after 30 ½ years. Robert served two tours in Vietnam in the US Army. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, February 3, 2014 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. Interment Dayton National Cemetery at 12 Noon. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10-11 AM Monday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Feed the Children Foundation, PO Box 36, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73101 or the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
