So sorry to hear of your loss. I have wonderful memories of Bro. Irvin Himmel. We met when
I was a student at FC from 1975-1977. I appreciated so much the way he reached out to me
and we became friends. He sold me a copy of Homer Hailey's Commentary on the Minor
Prophets that I still have in my library. He was indeed a man of quiet dignity and gentle humor.
I also enjoyed and learned much from the articles he wrote for Guardian of Truth. May God
bless and comfort all of you in the difficult days ahead. He was a faithful soldier of Christ
who has gone home to his reward!
