Bernadine Wilson, 94 year-old resident of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away March 15, 2018 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born Feb. 20, 1924 in Winterset, Iowa as the daughter of McDonald Mac Gentry and Louisa Bell Gentry. Bernadine was a manager for the Estee Lauder brand of retail cosmetics. She loved fishing and in her younger years square dancing, which is how she met her husband Glen. Having played basketball in High School she was an avid basketball fan. She cheered for the OKC Thunder, OU basketball, March Madness, OU women’s basketball, high school basketball, and basketball at all levels. Bernadine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Glen, 1 brother, Bill Gentry, and 1 nephew Gary Brannum. Survivors include 3 sons, Larry and his wife Nancy Hamilton of McLoud, OK; Dennis Hamilton of OKC, OK; and Tim Hamilton of OKC, OK; 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Irmalea Brannum of Poplar Bluff, MO; and several nephews. Funeral services will be held at the graveside at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 N. Midwest Blvd., Midwest City, OK at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2018.
