Frankie retired from the U.S. Air Force after 26 years of faithful service. He worked for the Oklahoma Housing Authority for many years. Frankie enjoyed taking care of his dogs “babies” as he called them, Zachariah, Joshua, Jason and Elizabeth. He could often be found feeding the squirrels, playing poker, eating spaghetti or junk food, working in his gardens and watching TV.
Frankie was preceded in death by his wife, Fleta “Pat” Bevill. Survivors include his family; children, Kenneth Lewis, Floyd Windell Spain II (Judy), Todd Spian (Tonya); grandchildren, Lacy Phillip (J.B.), Amber Wilson (David), Christy Lee (Cody), Whitney, Spain, Casey Spain (Kallie), Tanya Brett (Kevin), Chris Spain (Renata), Marissa Spain; sister, Betty Beatty (Bud); nephew, Dan Cisco and niece, Nikki Burrell; and several great-grandchildren.
