wishing all of Joans' family my sencerest sympathy at the passing of Joan.....
I had to honor and privilege getting to know Frank and Joan at The Willows.....where I worked as the activity director....reading this obituary I am floating back in time and can see and hear Frank playing the guitar or banjo while he was able to do so....or picturing all of their kids and grand kids at the Thanksgiving dinner there....
all my love to the families of Joan

Greetings to all members of Joan Climer's family.

While Joan was a fellow resident of Brookdale Willows several of us were privileged to have extended associations with her; she and I dined together thrice daily for many years, and in addition we shared numerous conversations in her room and in the hallways. Certainly it was a joy to come to know many members of her family. Speaking for her Brookdale friends, we are indeed thankful for our years of association with her.

Some family members may recall that at our dining table there once were three charming lasses, all from Massachusetts: Miss Lynnfield, Miss Pittsfield, and Miss Melrose. To be cherished are the joyful memories of the triumvirate

Peace and grace be with you .

Feel we were so blessed as a Church and a couple to know Joan and Frank. After her eyesight began to
fail, I would pick her up for meetings at our Ladies Group and we shared lots of good times visiting. I feel blessed to have known her and family.
