Mary Leona Kelly

Mary Leona Kelly, 84, of Singer, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Lake Charles Memorial. She was born to her late parents, Francis and Winnie Miller on October 25, 1933. She enjoyed playing Bingo and loved getting to spend time with her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren and loved them very much.

She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Joett Kelly; three daughters, Marie Pierce of Singer, Peggy Pierce of Singer, Barbara Payne and husband James of Emory, TX; two sons, Normand Manuel and wife Pamela of Singer, Larry Kelly of Kaufman, TX; three brothers, Francis Miller, Jr. of Lake Charles, Wilson Miller of Sulphur, Robert Miller of Carlyss; two sisters, Shirley Autement of Sulphur, Linda Betts of Sulphur; 17 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Jimmy Manual; two sisters, Betty and Patricia; along with one grandson John Payne.

Services will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Hixson Snider Funeral Home with Bro. Clyde Clark officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 5:00-8:00pm and will resume on Sunday, from 12:00pm until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Newlin Cemetery.
