Marilyn Ruth Pryde

It is with Deep Sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Ruth Pryde of Bridgewater, NS who passed away peacefully on Dec 9, 2023, with family by her side at the Valley Regional Hospital in Kentville.

Born May 3, 1941 in Yarmouth, NS. She was the eldest child of the late Maynard and Marie (Goodwin) Dennis.

She is survived by her Daughter, Tina (Tony) and Son, Darren (Cheryl); Grandchildren, Caleb (Lacey) and Bobi-Jo (Brett) and great-grandchildren Navaeh, Bryonna, Gabyrle, Sieana, Abygail, Daevon, Taylor, and Chayce and her siblings Mervyn (Irene), Maxine (Keith), Marjorie and Mark (Annette) and many nephews nieces and cousins whom she loved dearly.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Sonny and grandchild Chayce.

We take comfort that she has joined her loving husband.

There will be no visitation. All are welcome to attend a short graveside service in the spring when we lay Mom and Popi together at Bridgewater Cemetery.
